Tuesday 27th May 2008
Free Indian Head Massages
A qualified practitioner will be available from 5pm – 6pm in the main building, room 163 (past the cash machine).

Head massages can decrease tension, reduce the effects of stress, promotes a positive mood and allows you time to siwtch off and find peace and clairty. Very beneficial to take your mind off exams and help with revision.

Wednesday 28th May
Free Visual Relaxation Session
A qualified practitioner will be available from 5pm – 6pm in the main building, room 154 (past the cash machine).

This session will look at practical steps and methods that you can use in stressful situations. This will enable you to look at breathing techniques, focus, which can help you to take time out to think and gather your thoughts in preparation for exams.

Thursday 29th May
Free Pilates Taster Session
A qualified practitioner will be available from 4pm – 5pm in the main building, room 164 (past the cash machine).

Pilates can aid relaxation/distraction from exams. The taster class will last 40 minutes. Please wear loose clothing (i.e. trousers and socks). Mat and head rest will be provided. The class has limited numbers up to 15 places (if we exceed 15, names will be taken and another session will be organised).
